Adding and managing multiple projects on Onboard

This video is your guide to mastering project management in Mesh ID. Learn how to efficiently organize and oversee your projects to streamline your onboarding processes.

1. Create a project

Once you log in for the first time, you will be presented with your project dashboard. It might be empty, or it might have a few projects if your colleagues have earlier added you to one of their projects.

A project is a way of grouping people and companies you would like to onboard, and you may use it as you see fit. To create a project, click “Create a new project”.

3. Give your project a name and choose a KYC template

Provide a name for your project and select a KYC template to be applied. This template will be utilized when generating automatic requests. We cover the KYC templates functionality and distinctions between automatic and manual requests in separate tutorials. If you are not yet leveraging the KYC templates functionality, we encourage you to contact us for guidance on maximizing the potential of Mesh ID.

4. Click on “Create a new project”

5. Managing projects

You will then see the project appear on your project dashboard. Once you have more projects on your project dashboard, you will also be able to sort them by “Created on” and “Last updated”. Please note that the projects you create are not shared with your colleagues by default. If you would like to collaborate with your colleagues, you need to invite them to your project(s).
